With roots in psychodynamic and attachment theories, AIT is a combined cognitvie and somatic psychotherapy. Utilizing the body’s wisdom, AIT helps clients get “un-stuck” gently and thoroughly.

An Effective Trauma Treatment Method:
Treat trauma and break traumatic patterns that are causing suffering in your clients’ present day lives gently and thoroughly with AIT.
Help your clients replace negative, dysfunctional core beliefs with positive, adaptive, and realistic beliefs.

Utilizing memory reconsolidation, affect labeling, and bilateral stimulation, AIT is a holistic trauma treatment method that utilizes the body’s wisdom.
