Join us for a rich, interactive training that explores how to help clients safely access and process deep emotional material using experiential therapies. Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and attachment science, this workshop offers a grounded yet imaginative approach to trauma work—through metaphor, mindfulness, and deep nervous system understanding.
We’ll explore the concept of the inner world as an emotional landscape, where trauma, survival responses, and protective parts shape our “maps” and routes. You’ll learn how to help clients identify and work with stuck emotions and unmet attachment needs in a way that builds trust, honors defenses, and cultivates self-compassion.
